Do you only work in Austin, TX?

While we’re proudly based in Austin, we produce events nationwide and internationally. Our team is fully equipped to travel, and we regularly manage remote and destination productions across the country and beyond.

Do you provide media services like photography and video?

Yes — our in-house media division, led by award-winning filmmaker Michael Vanderveen, captures professional photography, video, and post-production content that reflects the essence and energy of your event. From highlight reels to branded visual assets, we’ve got you covered.

How early should I start planning my event with you?

We recommend reaching out as early as possible — especially for large-scale or high-impact events. While we’re known for pulling off incredible work under tight timelines, advanced planning allows us to deliver the most creative, cost-efficient, and customized results.

Do you work with specific venues or vendors?

We have strong relationships with trusted partners across the country but are not limited to any one list. We’re happy to work with your preferred vendors or suggest the best fit based on your event goals, style, and budget.

Can you help us with budget planning?

Absolutely. Transparency and strategy are key parts of our process. We’ll help you establish a clear, realistic budget and make smart recommendations to maximize your investment while maintaining the integrity of your vision.

Who will I be working with throughout the process?

You’ll be supported by a dedicated team led by Beth Thompson, our Chief Experience Officer. She’ll be your main point of contact from beginning to end, supported by a full cast of specialists — including Creative Director Dan Cassara, our logistics and labor leads, and onsite liaison staff.

Do you produce your own signature events?

Yes we do! In addition to producing fully customized events for our clients, Inspired Events also creates original experiences under our Verve banner. Verve is our creative playground — a curated series where hospitality, design, media, and live experience collide. We build these events to showcase what’s possible when storytelling, production, and environment are pushed to their highest expression.

Each Verve experience is crafted around a theme, location, or cultural moment and is designed to spark connection, conversation, and creative energy. Guests include brand leaders, film and television artists, musicians, creators, industry partners, and more.
